Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the RockyView Protection Inc. Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the rules set out below.

• The Program is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, whether or not they are current clients of RockyView protection Inc.
• To qualify, participants must have a valid Canadian bank account and email address to receive e-transfer payments.
• Employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and affiliates of RockyView Protection Inc., as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Businesses and organizations may not participate as referrers; the Program is intended for individual referrals only.

• A valid referral is defined as an individual or business that:
  • Signs a new contract with RockyView protection Inc. for an alarm system package or CCTV package.
  • Completes the full installation and activation of the purchased system.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on the RockyView Protection Inc. website or another company-approved method prior to the referred client signing their agreement.
• The referred individual or business must be a new client. Past clients, existing clients, or those with an active proposal or quote on file are not eligible.
• The referred party must provide accurate contact details and consent to being contacted by RockyView Protection Inc. Referrals made without permission may be disqualified.

• Successful referrers will receive a cash reward of $250–$500 CAD, the exact amount depending on the value and type of package purchased by the referred client.
• Rewards are issued via Interac e-Transfer only. Participants must provide valid and accurate payment details to receive their reward.
• Payments will be processed within 7 business days following the successful installation and activation of the referred client’s equipment and monitoring services.
• Rewards will only be issued if:
  • The referred client’s account is in good standing at the time of reward processing.
  • The referred client has not cancelled or defaulted on their agreement during installation or within the first 7 days of service.
• RockyView Protection Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate payment details, bank issues, or circumstances outside of its control.

• There is no maximum limit to the number of referrals an individual may submit, provided each referral meets all eligibility requirements.
• Only the first valid referral submission received for a prospective client will be eligible for a reward. In the event of multiple referrals for the same client, RockyView Protection Inc. will determine, at its sole discretion, which participant qualifies.
• Referrers cannot refer themselves, their immediate household members, or businesses they own or control.
• Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for any other form of compensation.
• The Program may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly authorized by RockyView Investigations & Patrol.

• RockyView Protection Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any referral submissions received prior to termination will still be honored, provided they meet the Program’s requirements.
• The company may disqualify participants from the Program if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. Examples include, but are not limited to:
  • Submitting false or incomplete information.
  • Referring individuals without their knowledge or consent.
  • Attempting to manipulate or “game” the Program in any way.

• By submitting a referral, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to abide by the decisions of RockyView Protection Inc., which are final and binding.
• RockyView Protection Inc. reserves the right to request proof of eligibility or identity prior to issuing any rewards.
• Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the participant and RockyView Protection Inc.
• This Program is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, and any disputes arising from participation will be subject to the jurisdiction of Alberta courts.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
